Magic Campaigns

Magic Stamp is a loyalty ‘platform’, which will help your business to attract customers and drive footfall via in-app campaigns and promotions. With Magic Portal, you can easily segment your target audience, create campaigns accordingly and track the results.

Depending on your priorities, you can choose to target customers who have not recently visited your business or seek to make your regular customers more loyal.

For example, if you wanted to attract new customers, you could create a promotion that rewarded them for coming and trying out your business, while if you wanted to reward your loyal customers, you could offer them double stamps with their next purchase.

They will receive a notification via the app like in the example on the right.

Sometimes, our partners even create exciting projects that Magic Stamp gets involved with such as giveaways or competitions.

Bodean’s BBQ - Double Stamp Campaign

Bodean’s BBQ creates very effective campaigns through Magic Stamp.

Firstly, they wanted to encourage all their customers to download their loyalty cards on the Magic Stamp, so they offered double stamps and double rewards for two weeks. Both teams announced the campaign via Bodean’s BBQ and Magic Stamp social media channels and got great responses.

Once we launched the Magic Delivery service which allows you to get a stamp via a unique code, Bodean’s BBQ created another campaign with the new feature. Magic Stamp provided the code for its customers. Once the customer downloads the app and entered the code, they earned a free drink to claim in the store.

They also continued to be generous during the lockdown and expanded the reward’s expiration date by almost 4 months.

Ozone Coffee & Magic Stamp - 100 Free Coffee

Magic Stamp and Ozone Coffee have partnered with the UK Coffee Week.

UK Coffee Week is an NGO that raises money for Project Waterfall, working to end the water crisis in coffee-growing communities across the world.

It is also a great opportunity for the coffee industry to attract more customers.

During the event, Ozone Coffee and Magic Stamp created a code to reach new customers and encourage them to download their loyalty cards on Magic Stamp.

The Magic Stamp team created a code for this campaign and the first 100 customers who download the app were rewarded with a free coffee from Ozone Coffee.

DeRosier Chocolate - 100.000th Stamp Award

DeRosier Chocolate is the reason behind this smile!

They were the first Magic Stamp partner to award 100,000 stamps to their customers.

Both teams wanted to mark this momentous occasion, via a delicious chocolate box that customers got alongside their rewards.
