Specific Terms and Conditions

Peroni Nastro Azzurro: Collect with Peroni

The promotion will open at 00:00 on 19.10.2024

The promotion will close at the earlier of 23:59 on 30.11.2024 or once all rewards have been redeemed (“Closing Time”).

Entries received after the Closing Time will not be eligible. 

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to residents in England and Wales aged 18 years or over who have: (a) a mobile phone with the ability to download and use apps; and (b) internet access (needed when using the Magic Stamp app).

The following are not eligible to enter this promotion: employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

How to take part

To take part in this promotion:

  1. Download the Magic Stamp app to your mobile device and enter the requested details to create an account. See https://magicstamp.com/ for details.

  • Search for the Peroni Nastro Azzurro loyalty card in the Magic Stamp App.

  1. Purchase a pint of Peroni Nastro Azzurro in a participating venue (subject to availability at all times). A full list of participating venues is contained below. 

  2. Upon purchase, present the member of bar staff with your mobile phone showing the Peroni Nastro Azzurro loyalty card on the Magic Stamp App. The member of bar staff will then digitally stamp your loyalty card.

  3. For each purchase of a Peroni Nastro Azzurro pint you will receive one digital stamp in the Magic Stamp App. Note – a maximum number of three (3) stamps can be collected in the Magic Stamp App on a single day.

  4. Collect five (5) stamps to be eligible for a reward.

  5. Show your completed loyalty card to the bar staff to be provided with your reward, of a free pint of Peroni Nastro Azzurro. 

Reward

There are 53,000 free pints of Peroni Nastro Azzurro available to be redeemed at participating venues under this promotion. However the Promoter may choose to extend this promotion once the requisite number of pints have been redeemed, at its discretion.


This promotion only relates to Peroni Nastro Azzurro draught beer sold in a pint format, and not any other variants or Peroni Nastro Azzurro brands (including but not limited to: Peroni Nastro Azzurro 330ml/500ml bottle, Peroni Nastro Azzurro half pint, Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, Peroni Nastro Azzurro Stile Capri, Peroni Nastro Azzurro Gluten Free).

Maximum of one Reward per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified.

Service and participation will always be at the discretion of the bar staff.

The Promoter is Asahi UK Ltd, Griffin Brewery, Chiswick Lane South, London, W4 2QB, England.

The promotion is managed by Magic Stamp on behalf of the promoter. The venue will provide the prize upon completion of the loyalty card. Magic Stamp will handle personal data in accordance with their privacy policy available at https://magicstamp.com/privacy-policy

  1. Entries

  1. The Promoter will not accept:

    1. responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, software failure of any kind or completed cards that are not redeemed by the Closing Time; or 

    2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the promotion.

  2. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility

    1. Participants must meet eligibility requirements contained in the Specific Terms and Conditions above. The competition is only open to all residents in England and Wales aged 18 years or over, except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

    2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any reward you may earn. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

    3. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

      4. photocopies and not originals; or

      5. incomplete.

    4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize promotion.

    5. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when entering the promotion, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.

  2. The Rewards

    1. Rewards are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the rewards. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the reward with a reward of equal or greater value.

    2. The promotion will come to an end at the earlier of 23:59 on 30.11.2024 or once 53,000 free pints have been redeemed.

    3. The rewards are not negotiable or transferable.

    4. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

  3. Claiming a reward 

    1. A reward may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

    2. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not unable to receive a reward or you are refused service or a reward by the bar staff at any participating venue.

  4. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, expenses, or charges incurred by entrants related to mobile data usage, including but not limited to, data charges, internet fees, or other costs associated with participating in this promotion. Entrants are solely responsible for any such costs and should consult their service provider for details on their individual data plans and fees.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

  1. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the promotion.Data protection and publicity

    1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy available at asahibeer.co.uk/privacy-policy. 

  2. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

    3. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

    4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
